fa تأثیر الگوی توانمندسازی خانواده- محور بر دانش، نگرش و عملکرد مراقبین بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس آموزش بهداشت Health Education مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <p align="justify">&nbsp;<strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>مراقبت از بیمار مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (ام.اس) تنش زیادی برای مراقب و خانواده ایجاد می&rlm;کند. اجرای یک برنامه توانمندسازی به خودکنترلی و اتخاذ رفتارهای پیشگیرانه منجر می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر الگوی توانمندسازی خانواده- محور بر دانش، نگرش و عملکرد مراقبین مبتلایان به ام.اس انجام شد.</p> <p align="justify">&nbsp;<strong> روش تحقیق: </strong>این مطالعه با طراحی کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی 70 مراقب بیمار مبتلا به ام.اس در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد انجام شد. برنامه توانمندسازی خانواده- محور در طول سه ماه اجرا و پرسشنامه&rlm;های دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پس از تکمیل، جمع&rlm;آوری و داده&rlm;ها با استفاده از نرم&rlm;افزار SPSS (ویرایش 5/11) و آزمون&rlm;های آماری استنباطی در سطح معنی&rlm;داری 05/0>P تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</p> <p align="justify">&nbsp;<strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>بر اساس آزمون تی مستقل، بین میانگین نمرات دانش، نگرش و عملکرد گروه آزمون و شاهد قبل از مداخله اختلاف معنی&rlm;داری وجود نداشت (05/0<p)؛ p=""></p)؛></p> <p align="justify">(0/001=P). همچنین میانگین نمرات دانش، نگرش و عملکرد مراقبین گروه آزمون سه ماه بعد از مداخله، به صورت معنی&rlm;داری افزایش یافت (001/0=P)؛ در حالی که در گروه شاهد اختلاف معنی&rlm;داری&rlm; وجود نداشت (05/0<p) u="">�</p)></p> <p align="justify">&nbsp;<strong> نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>توانمندسازی مراقبین بیماران مبتلا به ام.اس، منجر به افزایش آگاهی، درک و مهارت شده، ایشان را در امر مراقبت کارآمد یاری داده و منجر به بهبود ایفای نقش می&rlm;&rlm;شود. طراحی و اجرای برنامه&rlm;ها&rlm;&rlm;ی مؤثر و ایمن برای مراقبین بیماران مزمن توصیه می&rlm;گردد .</p> <p align="justify"><u>&nbsp; </u></p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> Background and Aim: </strong>Caring for patients with multiple sclerosis brings about a lot of tension for the care-givers and the family. Implementation of an empowerment program leads to self-control and preventive behaviors. This study aimed at determining the effects of a family-centered empowerment model on knowledge, attitude and skill of care givers of multiple sclerotic patients.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> Materials and Methods: </strong>This clinical-trial study was done on 70 care givers of multiple sclerotic patients who were divided into case and control groups. Family-centered empowerment model was applied for three months and then the questionnaires regarding skill, attitude, and knowledge of the participants were collected. The obtained data was analyzed by means of SPSS software (version 11.5) and dedicational statistical tests at the significant level of P<0.05.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> Results: </strong>Independent T-test revealed that there was no significant difference in the mean knowledge, attitude, and skill scores in the case and control groups before intervention (P>0.05) whereas the difference was significant three months after intervention (P=0.001). Besides, mean knowledge, attitude and skill scores of the caregivers in the case group significantly increased three months after intervention (P=0.001), but there was no significant difference in the mentioned factors in the care-givers of control group after three months (P>0.05).</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong> Conclusion: </strong>Empowerment of caregivers for patients with multiple sclerosis promotes their knowledge, attitude and skills leading to more efficient care for these patients.
