fa نامه به سردبیر: اولویت داشتن سالمندان و مبتلایان به بیماری‌های مزمن در واکسیناسیون کووید-19 روانشناسي باليني Clinical Psychology نامه به سردبير Letter to Editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">از همان روزهای ابتدایی شیوع کووید-19 تمام کشورها در تکاپوی ساختن واکسن و دارویی برای درمان این ویروس ناشناخته بودند. سرانجام پس از گذشت یک سال از همه&shy; گیری کرونا ویروس 2019 تعدادی از شرکت&shy; ها موفق به ساخت واکسن&shy; هایی ایمن در برابر کووید-19 شدند. اما کمبود دوزهای این واکسن&shy;ها مشکلاتی را برای کشورهای گوناگون ایجاد کرد. از نظر اخلاقی می&shy; بایست بر اساس نیاز و ضرورت گروه &shy;هایی جزو اولویت&shy; های ابتدایی فرایند واکسیناسیون قرار گیرند. با توجه به بررسی&shy; های صورت گرفته، در حال حاضر زدن واکسن ایمن و کارآمد می&shy; تواند برای سالمندان و مبتلایان به بیماری&shy; های مزمن مثمر ثمر واقع شود و از مرگ بسیاری از این افراد جلوگیری نماید. از آنجایی که واکسیناسیون سراسری در داخل کشور ایران از 21 بهمن سال 1399 با اولویت کادر درمانی شروع شده است، لازم است در برنامه &shy;ریزی&shy; های آینده پیرامون واکسن کووید-19 سالمندان و مبتلایان به بیماری&shy; های مزمن مورد حمایت و توجه بیشتری قرار گیرند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">From the earliest days of coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) outbreaks, all countries have been trying to develop vaccines and medications to fight the virus. Finally, a year after the COVID-2019 pandemic, several companies developed vaccines that were safe against this disease. However, the lack of doses of these vaccines created problems for various countries. Ethically, some groups should be highly prioritized according to their need and necessity of receiving the vaccine. Based on the results of current studies, safe and effective vaccination can be effective for the elderly and patients with chronic diseases and prevent the death of such people extensively.
