fa شیوع تداخلات دارویی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بیماران مبتلا به صرع مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان رازی بیرجند Prevalence of drug interactions and its related factors in patients with epilepsy referred to Razi Hospital in Birjand داروسازي Pharmacy مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: صرع شایعترین اختلال عصبی مزمن است که تقریباً 80% افرادی که از صرع رنج می‌برند از کشورهای در حال توسعه هستند. به دلیل اهمیت تداخلات دارویی داروهای ضد‌صرع، این مطالعه به منظور تعیین شیوع تداخلات دارویی میان داروهای ضد‌صرع و سایر داروهای مصرفی و عوامل مرتبط انجام شد. روش تحقیق: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی 300 بیمار مبتلا به صرع مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان رازی بیرجند طی سال 1399 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بیماران دریافت‌کننده حداقل دو دارو وارد مطالعه شدند. تداخلات داروهای مصرفی در نرم‌افزار ®lexicomp مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS19 وارد شد. از آزمون کای دو و تست فیشر و رگرسیون لجستیک برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در این مطالعه 154نفر (51%) زن بودند. میانگین سنی بیماران 16/20±45/12 سال بود که 220 نفر (73/3 %) تداخل دارویی داشته و 111 نفر (50/5%) پلی‌فارماسی داشتند. 1147 دارو تجویز و 939 تداخل دارویی گزارش شد که680 مورد (72/4 %) آن تداخل نوع C متوسط، 94 (10 %) مورد D ماژور، 97 (10/3 %) مورد C ماژور، 45 (4/8 %) مورد D متوسط و 23 مورد (2/4%) B خفیف بودند. متغیرهای شغل، نوع صرع، سابقه پزشکی، سطح تحصیلات و سن بر تداخلات دارویی بیماران مؤثر بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه اهمیت آگاهی از تداخلات دارویی در بیماران مبتلا به صرع را نشان می‌دهد. همچنین حضور داروساز بالینی در پیشگیری از بروز چنین تداخلاتی در بیماران بستری می‌تواند مؤثر باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aims: Epilepsy is the most common chronic neurological disorder, with approximately 80% of people suffering from epilepsy in developing countries. Due to the importance of drug interactions among antiepileptic drugs, this study aimed to determine the prevalence of drug interactions between antiepileptic drugs and other drugs, as well as associated factors. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, 300 patients with epilepsy referring to Razi Hospital in Birjand in 2020 were studied. The patients receiving at least two drugs were included in the study. Drug interactions were evaluated in Lexicomp® software. The data was entered into SPSS19 software. The Chi-square, Fisher's tests, and logistic regression were used for data analysis. Results: The results showed that 154 patients (51%) were women in this study. The mean age of the patients was 45.12±16.20 years. 220 (73.3%) had drug interactions, and 111 (50.5%) had polypharmacy. The number of 1,147 drugs were prescribed, and 939 drug interactions were reported, of which 680 (72.4%) were moderate type C, 94 (10%) were major type D, 97 (10.3%) were major type C, 45 (4.8%) were moderate type D, and 23 (2.4%) were mild type B. The variables of occupation, type of epilepsy, medical history, education level, and age were effective in drug interactions of the patient. Conclusion: This study showed the importance of awareness of drug interactions in patients with epilepsy.
