fa پوشش واکسیناسیون هپاتیت B در پزشکان و پرستاران ایران– یک مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز ايمونولوژي Immunology مروری Review <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:42.55pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>برآورد کلی از میزان پوشش واکسیناسیون هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span>، به عنوان یکی از موثرترین روش&rlm;های پیشگیری، در پزشکان و پرستاران ایران وجود ندارد. این مطالعه مروری با هدف تعیین پوشش واکسن هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> در این افراد انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:42.55pt;"><strong>روش تحقیق:</strong> این مطالعه بر اساس مستندات به‌دست‌آمده از بانک‌های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">Magiran</span>، <span dir="LTR">Iran medex</span>، <a href="http://217.219.202.25:2069/"><span dir="LTR">IranDoc</span></a>، <span dir="LTR">SID</span>، <span dir="LTR">Medlib</span>، <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span>، <a href="http://217.219.202.25:2062/WOS_GeneralSearch_input.do?highlighted_tab=WOS&product=WOS&last_prod=WOS&SID=Z13hEIDFeeNbB@aNh@1&search_mode=GeneralSearch"><span dir="LTR">Web of Science</span></a>، <span dir="LTR">PubMed</span>، <span dir="LTR">ScienceDirect</span> و موتور جستجوی <span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span> از سال 1372 تا 1394 با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های استاندارد انجام شد. جستجو و استخراج داده‌ها، توسط دو نفر از پژوهشگران به‌صورت مستقل صورت گرفت؛ سپس تمام مقالاتی که دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل اثرات تصادفی به‌روش متاآنالیز و با کمک نرم‌افزار<span dir="LTR"> Stata </span>(ویرایش 1/11) در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0<span dir="LTR">P<</span>، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:42.55pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در 16 مقاله، تعداد 4104 نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سابقه تزریق واکسیناسیون هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> در پزشکان و پرستاران به‌ترتیب: 7/88% (96-4/81: 95% فاصله اطمینان) و 5/93% (3/95-8/91: 95% فاصله اطمینان) محاسبه شد. پوشش واکسیناسیون هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> در پزشکان و پرستاران به‌ترتیب: 1/73% (9/92-2/53: 95% فاصله اطمینان) و 76% (7/86-3/65: 95% فاصله اطمینان) برآورد گردید. ارتباط بین پوشش واکسیناسیون هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> با سال فقط در پرستاران از نظر آماری معنی‌داری بود (016/0<span dir="LTR">P=</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:42.55pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان می&rlm;دهد که اگرچه میزان پوشش کامل واکسیناسیون هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> در بین پزشکان و پرستاران ایرانی حدود دو&rlm;سوم است، ولیکن این میزان با آمار ایده&rlm;آل فاصله دارد و نیاز به بهبود آن وجود دارد.</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Iranian physicians and nurses are not aware of the total extent of&nbsp; HB vaccination, as the most effective way of preventing HBV infection. The current review study aimed at determining the extent of HB vaccination in these two groups.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>The current study was done on the basis of received information from Magiran, Iran medex, IranDoc, SID, Medlib and international databases including Embase, Scopus, <a href="http://217.219.202.25:2062/WOS_GeneralSearch_input.do?highlighted_tab=WOS&product=WOS&last_prod=WOS&SID=Z13hEIDFeeNbB@aNh@1&search_mode=GeneralSearch">Web of Science</a>, Pubmed, Science Direct and also&nbsp; Google Scholar searching motor between . 1993 and 2015, using standard key words. Searching and extraction of data was independently done by two . reviewers. Then, the reviewed articles that had the inclusion criteria were studied. The obtained&nbsp; data was analyzed by means of random effect model and meta-analyses method, using Stata software (Ver:11.1)</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>A total of 4104 subjects were studied in 16 articles. . Hepatitis B vaccination history in physicians and nurses were 88.7% (CI: 95%: 81.4-96) and 93.5% (CI: 95%: 65.3-86.7), respectively. Hepatitis B vaccination coverage of physicians and nurses was estimated to be 73.1 %( CI: 95%: 53.2-92.9) and 76% (CI: 95%: 65.3-86.7), respectively. The relationship between hepatitis B vaccinations coverage with the year of study&nbsp; in physicians&nbsp; was not statistically significant (P=0.146).
