fa مقاله سردبیری: واکسن آنفلوانزا؛ ضرورت، فواید و ملاحظات بالینی عفوني Infectious disease سردبيري Editorial <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">آنفلوآنزا یک بیماری تنفسی ویروسی مسری و بالقوه جدی است که سالانه موجب ابتلای میلیون‌ها نفر، بستری شدن هزاران بیمار و مرگ ‌و میر قابل توجهی در سراسر جهان می‌شود. واکسیناسیون سالانه آنفلوآنزا مؤثرترین و مطمئن‌ترین راه پیشگیری از بروز این بیماری و عوارض مرتبط با آن به شمار می‌رود. این مقاله با رویکردی تحلیلی و مبتنی بر شواهد علمی، به بررسی انواع مختلف واکسن‌های آنفلوآنزا، مکانیسم‌های ایمنی‌زایی آن‌ها، میزان اثربخشی و ایمنی، فواید کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت و عوارض جانبی احتمالی می‌پردازد. همچنین گروه‌های پرخطر و هدف، موارد منع مصرف واکسن، و زمان بهینه تزریق برای دستیابی به بیشترین سطح ایمنی مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد. هدف نهایی، افزایش آگاهی عمومی و حرفه‌ای و تشویق به مشارکت فعال در برنامه‌های واکسیناسیون فصلی به منظور کاهش بار بیماری و ارتقای سلامت جامعه است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div> <table align="left" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Influenza is a contagious viral respiratory disease with considerable potential for severe outcomes, causing millions of infections, thousands of hospitalizations, and significant mortality across the globe annually. Annual influenza vaccination remains the most effective and reliable method for preventing the disease and its related complications. This article, using an analytical and evidence-based approach, examines the various types of influenza vaccines, their immunogenic mechanisms, effectiveness, safety, short- and long-term benefits, and potential adverse effects. It also discusses high-risk and target populations, vaccine contraindications, and the optimal timing of administration to achieve the highest level of immunity.
