fa رابطه دیابت نوع دوم با بقای پنج‌ساله بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان: مطالعه کوهورت گذشته‌نگر انكولوژي Oncology مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="">زمینه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra=""> برخی از شرایط مانند دیابت، ممکن است تأثیری در پیش‌آگهی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان داشته باشد؛ بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان بقای 5 ساله بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان و </span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">ارتباط</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="">آن با دیابت نوع دوم انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="">روش تحقیق:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra=""> این مطالعه</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="">کوهورت گذشته‌نگر با هدف بررسی میزان بقای 5 ساله بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان، بر اساس وضعیت ابتلا به دیابت نوع دو به دو گروه دیابتی و غیردیابتی تقسیم شد. اطلاعات مربوط به وضعیت بقا در پایان پنج سال و عوامل مرتبط شامل سن، شاخص توده بدنی، وجود متاستاز، تعداد گره های لنفاوی درگیر، اندازه تومور و نشانگرهای ایمونوهیستوشیمیایی از پرونده‌های پزشکی استخراج و میزان بقا و تأثیر این عوامل در دو گروه مقایسه شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">مشخص شد که از 699 بیمار مورد بررسی،</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">145 بیمار<a name="_Hlk150811579"></a><a name="_Hlk150811543"> (20/7 </a>درصد) دیابتی بودند. مشخص شد که از بین عوامل بررسی‌شده بین دو گروه بیماران دیابتی با بیماران غیردیابتی تنها سن و شاخص توده بدنی رابطه معناداری دارد. همچنین، رابطه معناداری بین توزیع فراوانی گیرنده‌های هورمونی در بیماران دیابتی و غیردیابتی مبتلا به سرطان پستان مشاهده نشد. در نهایت، این مطالعه نشان داد که دیابت نوع دوم با میزان بقای 5 ساله بیماران سرطان پستان ارتباط معنی‌داری نداشت. با این حال، بیماران دیابتی مبتلا به سرطان پستان در مقایسه با بیماران غیردیابتی، سن و شاخص توده بدنی بالاتری داشتند.</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">همچنین، با افزایش سال سن و </span></span>BMI<span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">، خطر فوت افزایش می‌یابد. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="">یافته&shy;‌های</span> <span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">مطالعه نشان داد که ابتلای به دیابت نوع دوم با میزان بقای کلی پنج‌ساله بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان ارتباطی ندارد. این یافته می‌تواند به&nbsp; سیاستگذاران سلامت برای بهبود مراقبت از بیماران دیابتی مبتلا به سرطان پستان کمک کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span> <div> <div> <div> <table align="left" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span new="" roman="" times=""><a name="_Hlk200355634"><b>Background and Aims:</b></a> <span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">Some conditions, such as diabetes, may affect the prognosis of patients with breast cancer; therefore, this study aimed to determine the five-year survival rate of patients with breast cancer and its relationship with type 2 diabetes.</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span><br> <span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Materials and Methods:</b> This retrospective cohort study aimed to investigate the five-year survival rate of breast cancer patients. Breast cancer patients were divided into two groups: diabetic and non-diabetic, based on their type 2 diabetes status. Information on five-year survival status and associated factors, including age, body mass index (BMI), presence of metastasis, number of involved lymph nodes, tumor size, and immunohistochemical markers, was extracted from medical records. Subsequently, the two groups&#39; survival rate and the influence of these factors were compared.</span><br> <span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Results:</b> Of the 699 patients studied, 145 (20.7%) cases had diabetes. Among the examined factors, only age and body mass index (BMI) showed a significant difference between diabetic and non-diabetic patients. No significant association was observed between the distribution of hormone receptors in diabetic and non-diabetic breast cancer patients. Ultimately, this study demonstrated that type 2 diabetes was not significantly associated with the five-year survival of breast cancer patients. However, diabetic breast cancer patients were older and had a higher BMI than non-diabetic patients. Moreover, with increasing age and BMI, the risk of mortality increases.</span><br> <span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Conclusion:</b> The findings of this study indicate that type 2 diabetes is not associated with the five-year overall survival of patients with breast cancer.
