fa مروری جامع بر تشخیص و درمان فشارخون بالا در بارداری بر اساس آخرین گایدلاین انجمن زنان و مامایی آمریکا A comprehensive review of the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in pregnancy based on the latest guidelines of the American Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology اپيدميولوژي Epidemiology مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">شرایط طبی و جراحی مادر می‌تواند دوره حاملگی را عارضه‌دار کند و بر حاملگی اثر بگذارد. پزشکان باید فهم درستی از اثرات حاملگی بر سیر طبیعی بیماری، اثر بیماری بر حاملگی و تغییراتی که در درمان حاملگی و بیماری به دلیل همزمانی این دو باهم نیاز است، داشته باشند. یکی از مشکلات و عوارض شایع در دوران بارداری فشارخون بالا می‌باشد که منجر به بستری شدن در بیمارستان می‌شود. اختلالات فشارخون در 10% از بارداری‌ها در ایالات متحده رخ می‌دهند و مسئول حدوداً 3/12% مرگ‌های مادری می‌باشند. فشارخون بالا در بارداری یک علامت خطر مهم است که خطراتی را برای مادر و جنین به دنبال دارد. در برخی موارد این عوارض می‌توانند تهدید کننده حیات مادر و جنین باشند؛ برای مثال پره اکلامپسی یکی از چهار علت اصلی مرگ مادر می‌باشد که در صورت تشخیص و درمان به موقع می‌توان از عوارض ناگوار جلوگیری نمود. فشارخون بالا در بارداری انواع مختلفی دارد که می تواند مرتبط با بارداری یا غیر مرتبط با بارداری باشد و تشخیص و نحوه مدیریت هریک از آن‌ها با یکدیگر متفاوت است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مروری اجمالی بر تعاریف، روش‌های تشخیصی، ریسک فاکتور ها، علایم، عوارض جانبی، درمان‌های دارویی و غیر دارویی و پیشگیری از انواع فشارخون بارداری در دوران بارداری بر اساس آخرین گایدلاین زنان و مامایی آمریکا  (ACOG: American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) و آخرین چاپ کتاب Beckman و Ling's بود. * مسئول مکاتبات: ناهید ازدکی  پست الکترونیکی: nahidazdaki@yahoo.com <a href="http://orcid.org/0000-0002-9496-9343" title="View ORCID iD Profile">View ORCID iD Profile</a> You can also search for this author in:  <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=Azdaki%2C+Nahid+" title="PubMed">PubMed</a>     <a href="https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Nahid_Azdaki" title="ResearchGate">ResearchGate</a>   <a href="https://www.webofscience.com/wos/author/record/1854832" title="Clarivate Web of Science">S</a><a href="http://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.url?authorId=55772400900">copus</a>   <a href="https://scholar.google.com/" title="Google Scholar"> Google Scholar</a>    <a href="https://scholar.google.com/citations?view_op=list_works&hl=en&user=yVfCQ2wAAAAJ">Google Scholar Profile</a> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The medical and surgical condition of mother during pregnancy can be affected on prenatal morbidity and mortality. Physician must have knowledge about the effects of pregnancy on the course of disease as well as the effects of disease on outcome of pregnancy and treatment of disease during pregnancy. Hypertension is one of the common difficulties and complications during pregnancy, which leads to hospitalization. Blood pressure disorders occur in approximately 10% of pregnancies in the United States, and it accounts for 12.3% of maternal deaths. Hypertension in pregnancy is an important alarm that carries risks for both the mother and the fetus. In some cases, these complications can be life-threatening risks for both. For example, preeclampsia ranks among the top four leading causes of maternal mortality, when it is diagnosed and treated correctly it is possible to prevent adverse consequences. There are different types of high blood pressure in pregnancy that can be related to pregnancy or not related to pregnancy, and the diagnosis and management of each of them are different from each other.
