fa بررسی رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی و الزامات مرکز سلامت محیط و کار در مبارزه با کووید -19 در آرایشگاه‌های مردانه شهر بیرجند در سال 1399 بهداشت محيط Environmental Health مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">کرونا ویروس تبدیل به یک پاندمی جهانی شده و بیشتر کشورهای جهان را درگیر نمود</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ه </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">است.</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">آرایشگاه به‌عنوان یکی از اماکن عمومی است که اغلب در اثر رعایت‌نکردن اصول بهداشتی و استفاده از لوازم آلوده می‌تواند بیماری‌های واگیر نظیر ایدز، هپاتیت و بیماری‌های پوستی را منتقل کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رعایت پروتکل‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های موجود در خصوص پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری کرونا در آرایشگاه‌های مردانه شهر بیرجند در سال 1399 انجام شد</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش تحقیق:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در مطالعه مقطعی - تحلیلی حاضر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، به 145 آرایشگاه در سطح شهر بیرجند مراجعه شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه چک‌لیست تهیه شده از آیین‌نامه راهنمای وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی بود. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده توسط نرم‌افزار آماری 18</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و با استفاده از آزمون‌های</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">من ویتنی و کروسکال والیس در سطح معناداری&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">(0/05</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&ge;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">)&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها نشان داد که میانگین کلی رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی و الزامات سلامت محیط و کار، 2/52&plusmn;24/28 و میانگین رعایت دستورالعمل‌های بهداشتی در حیطه بهداشت و حفاظت فردی، بهداشت ساختمان، بهداشت ابزار و تجهیزات و بهداشت مواد غذایی به ترتیب 2/08&plusmn;13/73، 0/68&plusmn;2/31 ،0/64&plusmn;7/22 و 0/11&plusmn;1/01 بود. ارتباط معناداری بین میزان رعایت دستورالعمل‌های بهداشتی و متغیر سن و منطقه جغرافیایی مشاهده شد&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">(0/05</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&ge;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">).</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، لزوم آموزش در جهت رعایت دستورالعمل‌های بهداشتی و نظارت مداوم توسط کارشناسان بهداشتی در آرایشگاه‌های مردانه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> The Coronavirus has become a global pandemic that has affected most countries in the world. Hairdresser salon as a public place can transmit infectious diseases, such as AIDS, hepatitis as well as viral, fungal, and skin diseases that are often due to non-compliance with hygiene principles. This study aimed to investigate the observance of health instructions regarding the prevention and control of Coronavirus disease in men&#39;s hairdresser salons in Birjand, Iran, in 2020.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional descriptive study, 145 hairdresser salons in Birjand were selected through the random sampling method. The data collection tool was a checklist that was prepared according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 18) using Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests at a significance level of &le; 0.05.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings showed that the total mean score of the observance of workplace health and hygiene guidelines was 24.28&plusmn;2.52 and the average observance of health instructions in the field of health and personal protection, building hygiene, tool and equipment hygiene, and food hygiene were 13.73&plusmn;2.08, 2.31&plusmn;0.68, 7.22&plusmn;0.64, and 1.01&plusmn;0.11, respectively. Observance of health instructions was found to have a significant relationship with age and geographical region (P&le;0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results, it seems necessary to train hairdressers in terms of observing health instructions.
