other بررسی شیوع خطاهای رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ و پری‌اپیکال تهیه‌شده در بخش رادیولوژی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند در سال 97-1396 <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> با بروز خطا در تصاویر رادیوگرافی داخل دهانی، تشخیص دندانپزشک دچار اشکال شده و طرح درمان بیمار نیز ممکن است اشکالاتی پیدا کند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان شیوع خطاهای رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ و پری‌اپیکال تهیه‌شده در بخش رادیولوژی دهان، فک و صورت دانشکده دندانپزشکی بیرجند انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش تحقیق:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، 3761 رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ و پری‌اپیکال تهیه‌شده توسط دانشجویان ترم 8 و 9 دندانپزشکی در سال 97-96 انتخاب و ارزیابی شدند. با </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مشاهده رادیوگرافی، خطاهای تکنیکی معمول رادیوگرافی و نیز تکرار یا عدم تکرار رادیوگرافی‌ها در آنها تعیین و گزارش گردید. در نهایت فراوانی و درصد خطاهای رادیوگرافی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> (ویرایش 23) و با کمک آزمون آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Chi Squered</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> تجزیه و تحلیل شد. سطح&nbsp; معنی‌داری0/05</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> در نظر گرفته شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">خطاهای شایع به‌ترتیب: </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">خطای </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">جای‌گذاری غلط فیلم (71/20%)، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Cone cut </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&nbsp;(20/10%) و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Elongatioan</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> (10/70%) و میزان تکرار رادیوگرافی‌ها برابر با 30 درصد بود. بین نوع خطا با ترم تحصیلی دانشجویان ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0/001</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">). فراوانی خطا در رادیوگرافی پری‌اپیکال بیشتر از رادیوگرافی بایت‌وینگ بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده در جمعیت مورد مطالعه، بیشترین خطاهای رادیوگرافی شامل خطاهای جای‌گذاری فیلم و </span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Cone cut</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> بود و این دو خطا با بیشترین فراوانی باعث تکرار رادیوگرافی‌ها شده بودند که ضرورت ارائه آموزش‌های اختصاصی برای پیشگیری از بروز این نوع خطاها را مورد تأکید قرار می‌دهد.</span></span></span> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> With showing an error in the intra-oral radiographic images, dentist diagnosis may be affected by the occurrence, and the patients treatment plan can be problematic in these cases. The present study aimed to determine the prevalence rate of Bitewing and Periapical radiography errors prepared in the radiology department of the faculty of dentistry birjand university of medical sciences.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In a descriptive cross-sectional study, 3761 Bitewing and Periapical radiography prepared by 8th and 9th-semester dental students in 2017-2018 were selected and evaluated. by viewing radiography, common radiographic technical errors, as well as repeat or non-repeat radiographs in them, were determined and reported. Finally, the frequency and percentage of radiographic errors were analyzed using the SPSS software (version 23) and Chi-Square test. Significance level (p=0.05) was considered.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Common radiographic errors were incorrect filmed placement 20.71%, cone-cut 20.10% Elongation 10.70 % and the repetition rate of the radiographs was %30, respectively. There was a significant relationship between the type of error and the students&#39; semester (p:0.001).
