fa بررسی مقدار فلزات سنگین در لوازم آرایشی ابرو موجود در شهر بیرجند 1396: مطالعه سرب و کادمیوم بهداشت محيط Environmental Health مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">فلزات سنگین سرب و کادمیوم، ترکیبات سمی و سرطان‌زایی هستند که از طریق پوست جذب &rlm;می‌شوند. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین میزان فلزات سنگین سرب و کادمیوم در مارک‌های پرمصرف لوازم آرایشی ابروی (ریمل و تاتو) توزیع‌شده در شهر بیرجند بود.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش تحقیق:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، با مراجعه به اتحادیه صنف لوازم آرایشی و مرکز بهداشت بیرجند، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، تعداد 12 مرکز انتخاب و با مراجعه به آنها، تعداد 63 نمونه پرمصرف از محصولات ریمل و تاتوی ابرو انتخاب شد. با توجه به محدودبودن برندهای لوازم آرایشی ابرو، از کلّیه برندهای موجود نمونه‌برداری شد. با روش هضم اسیدی و دستگاه جذب اتمی، مقدار سرب و کادمیوم نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه تعیین گردید. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">داده‌ها با کمک </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">آزمون‌های آماری کروسکال‌والیس و من‌ویتنی، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">میانگین غلظت سرب در نمونه‌های ریمل و تاتو به‌ترتیب بین 227/4-51/8 میکروگرم بر گرم و 313/6-37/1 میکروگرم بر گرم و در تمامی نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه غلظت کادمیوم &laquo;صفر&raquo; بود. بین نمونه‌های مختلف تاتوی مورد آزمایش، از نظر غلظت سرب اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0/05</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P<</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">)؛ ولی اختلاف بین نمونه‌های ریمل از نظر آماری معنی‌داری نبود (0/761</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">). </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با توجه به غیرمجازبودن میزان غلظت فلز سنگین سرب در نمونه‌های آرایشی رایج و نیز عدم تفاوت قابل ملاحظه در بین برندهای معروف، اطلاع‌رسانی کافی در مورد خطرات مصرف زیاد اینگونه مواد، ضروری است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Heavy metals such as lead and cadmium are toxic and carcinogenic compounds that are absorbed through the skin. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the amount of lead and cadmium heavy metals in bulk branded cosmetic bags (mascara and tattoo) distributed in Birjand.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this descriptive-analytical study, by referring to the Birjand cosmetics and health center union and by using a simple random sampling method, the 12 centers are selected and by referring to them, 63 samples of mascara and eyebrow tattoos were selected. Due to the limited number of eyebrow cosmetics brands, all existing brands were sampled. The lead and cadmium levels of the samples were determined using acid digestion and atomic absorption. Data were analyzed using statistical tests of Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results: </strong>The mean lead concentration in mascara and tattoos was 51.8-227.4 &mu;g / g and 37.5 &plusmn; 313.6 mg/g, respectively, and in all samples, the concentration of cadmium was zero.
