fa بررسی حوادث جادّه‌ای و عوامل مؤثّر بر آن از دیدگاه رانندگان تاکسی‌های بین شهری کرمان در سال‌های 94-1392 Investigation of Road Accidents and Their Related Factors from the Perspective of Kerman Intercity Taxi Drivers during 2013-2015 طب اورژانس Emergency Medical مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: آسیب های جاده ای و پیامد های ناشی از آن ها امروزه در گروه مهم ترین عوامل تأثیر گذار بر سلامتی در تمام رده های سنی قرار می گیرند. با توجه به اینکه شهرستان های استان کرمان در مسیر اصلی ترین راه های ارتباطی جنوب شرق قرار گرفته اند، هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اپیدمیولوژی حوادث جاده‌ای وعوامل مؤثّر بر آن از دیدگاه رانندگان تاکسی‌های بین‌شهری کرمان بود. روش تحقیق: در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در سال 94 تعداد 231 نفر راننده تاکسی بین شهری به عنوان نمونه انتخاب به روش نمونه گیری آسان وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع‌‌آوری داده‌ها در این مطالعه، پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی (رگرسیون تک‌متغیّره و چندگانه لجستیک) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی افراد در این مطالعه 8/66±39/43 سال بود. در بین عوامل مؤثر در بروز حوادث جادّه‌ای، در دسته عوامل انسانی سرعت فرد (73/30%)، در دسته عوامل فنی نور خودرو (68/70%) و در دسته عوامل محیطی وضعیت بد جاده (85/30%)، بیشترین فراوانی را داشتند. حادثه‌خیزترین مسیرها، مسیرهای کرمان-سیرجان (OR=5/75، CI95%=15/58 – 1/96،P≤ 0/001)، کرمان-بم(OR=3/20، CI95%=8/80 –1/16،  P=0/02) و کرمان-زرند (OR=3/02، CI95%=7/36 – 1/24، P=0/01) نسبت به مسیر کرمان-جیرفت شناخته شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از مطالعه، در کنار عوامل انسانی و خودرو، مسیر رانندگی که در زمره عوامل محیطی قرار می‌گیرد، در وقوع حوادث جادّه‌ای نقش به‌سزایی دارد و حضور توأم این سه عامل، تعیین‌کننده فراوانی و شدّت انواع تصادفات جادّه‌ای است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Road injuries and their consequences are one of the most important factors affecting health in all age groups. Considering the fact that the cities of Kerman province are located in communication route of the southeast, the aim of this study was to determine the risk factors for road accidents in intercity taxi drivers of Kerman. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2015. 231 intercity taxi drivers were sampled through convenience sampling and a reliable and valid questionnaire was performed. In this study, a questionnaire was used that assessed its validity and reliability. For data analysis, descriptive and analytic methods (Univariate and multiple logistic regression) were used. Results: The average age of participants was 39.43±8.66 year. In human factors category own speed (73.30%), car lighting (68.70%) in car factors and the route condition (85.30%) in environmental factors category were the most frequent.
