fa بررسی سلامت دهان در کارکنان ستادی و بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند در سال 1395 بيماري هاي دهان و دندان Oral and Maxillofacial Diseases مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">رعایت اصول بهداشت دهان و دندان سهم مهمی در پیشگیری از پوسیدگی دندان دارد و رعایت این اصول در همه گروه‌ها اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. مطالعه حاضر به‌منظور بررسی سلامت دهان در کارکنان ستادی و بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند در سال 1395، طراحی شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">روش تحقیق:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی بر روی 385نفر از پرسنل ستادی و بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند که به‌روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی سهمی انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه سلامت دهان و دندان </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">WHO</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> استفاده شد . پرسشنامه مذکور در قالب 29 سؤال، بهداشت دهان و دندان (9سؤال در زمینه رفتار، 10سؤال در زمینه مشکلات دهان و دندان و 10 سؤال در مورد سایر حیطه‌های سلامت دهان و دندان) را ارزیابی می‌کند. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری، در نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 9pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">SPSS</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> (ویرایش 19) وارد و آنالیز گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">95/6 درصد کارکنان از مسواک و 50/6 درصد آنها از نخ دندان استفاده می‌کردند. در مورد وضعیت مراجعه به دندان‌پزشک، 76/4 درصد کارکنان حداقل سالی یکبار به دندان‌پزشک مراجعه می‌کردند که مهمترین دلیل مراجعات آنها درمان و درد دندان بود. میانگین نمره رفتار بهداشت دهان و دندان از 9 نمره در کارکنان 1/1</span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">7/49 و نمره مشکلات از 10 نمره 1/6</span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">1/41 برآورد گردید. در افراد با سطح تحصیلات زیر دیپلم میانگین نمره مشکلات به‌طور معنی‌داری بالاتر از سایر گروه‌های تحصیلی بود (0/05 > p</span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که کارکنان ستادی و بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه، از وضعیت سلامت دهان و دندان مطلوب برخوردارند و به همین دلیل، مشکلات دهان و دندان در آنها کمتر دیده شد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> &nbsp;Oral health is one of the components of primary health care and the principles of an important part in the prevention of tooth decay. The present study has been designed to examine oral health in staff and teaching hospitals of Birjand University of Medical Sciences in 1395.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This descriptive cross-sectional study on 385 staff and teaching hospitals of Birjand University of Medical Sciences carried out who were selected by stratified proportion sampling method. For data collection, WHO Oral Health Questionnaire was used. The questionnaire assessed 29 questions for oral hygiene (9 behavioral questions, 10 questions dental problems and 10 questions for other areas of oral health).
