fa دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی از محیط آموزش بالینی بیمارستان‌ های آموزشی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند براساس مدل DREEM آموزش پزشكي Medical Education مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:42.55pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> محیط آموزش بالینی برای آماده‌سازی بهتر دانشجویان پزشکی دارای اهمیت زیادی می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین وضعیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دستیاران و کارورزان در جهت کمک به ارتقای آن در بخش‌های اصلی بالینی بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:42.55pt;"><strong>روش تحقیق:</strong> در این مطالعه مقطعی که از اسفند 1392تا مهرماه سال 1393 انجام شد، تعداد 116 نفر از دستیاران و کارورزان پزشکی شرکت کردند. فرم مشخصات دانشجویان و ابزار سنجش محیط آموزشی دانشگاه داندی که شامل 50سؤال در پنج حیطه یادگیری، اساتید، درک از توانایی علمی خود، فضای حاکم بر محیط آموزشی و درک از شرایط اجتماعی بود، توسط شرکت‌کنندگان تکمیل شد. داده ها توسط نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS 15</span> با استفاده از آزمونهای تی مستقل&nbsp; و آنالیز واریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:42.55pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> &nbsp;میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان 8/2&plusmn;8/25 سال&nbsp; بود. میانگین نمرات &nbsp;وضعیت آموزش بالینی در بخش های اصلی بیمارستانهای آموزشی86/27&plusmn;03/155 از حداکثر 200 نمره بود. میانگین نمره حیطه&nbsp; یادگیری 30/8&plusmn;89/35، اساتید بالینی 36/6&plusmn;32/34، درک از توانایی علمی خود 82/4&plusmn;93/25، جوآموزشی 49/6&plusmn;19/37 و درک از شرایط اجتماعی 12/5&plusmn;55/21 بود.میانگین نمره وضعیت آموزش بالینی در دستیاران بالاتر از کارورزان بود. ( 004/0=<span dir="LTR"> (p</span> &nbsp;میانگین نمره وضعیت آموزش بالینی در بخش های مختلف تفاوت آماری معنی داری داشت(001/=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:42.55pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> وضعیت محیطی و فضای حاکم بر آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه فراگیران دانشگاه در حد مطلوبی می باشد. در برخی بخش ها همچون بخش داخلی نیاز به توجه بیشتر جهت بهبود وضعیت آموزش بالینی بخش از طرف دست اندرکاران دانشگاه وجود دارد..</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Clinical education environment is very important to better prepare medical students<strong>.</strong> The aim of this study is to determine the current status of the of the main parts of the Clinical Hospital of Birjand University of Medical Sciences from the residents and interns viewpoint.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This study is across-sectional study, which was conducted between Mar to Oct 2014.116 Intern and resident Participated in this study. checklist of demographic information and DREEM questionnaire were completed by students. DREEM questionnaire included 50 questions in 5 domains: students&rsquo; perceptions of learning; perceptions of teachers; academic self-perception; perceptions of the atmosphere; and social self-perception. Data analyses by SPSS915 using T test and ANOVA.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>Mean age of student was 25.8&plusmn;2.8 years. The mean scores of clinical education in the main Hospital wards was 155.03&plusmn;27.86 from maximum 200.mean scores of students&rsquo; perceptions of learning was 35.89&plusmn;8.30; perceptions of teachers was 34.32&plusmn;6.36; academic self-perception was 25.93&plusmn;4.82; perceptions of the atmosphere was 37.19&plusmn;6.49; and social self-perception&nbsp; was 21.55&plusmn;5.12. The mean score of clinical education in assistants was higher than the interns. (p=0.004) The mean score of clinical education were significant difference in the main Hospital wards. (p=0.001)</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The current status of the clinical education environment is desirable from Learners&#39; Viewpoint.
