fa نقش فرآیند داوری بر بهبود کیفیّت نگارش مقالات منتشرشده در مجله علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند كتابداري پزشكي Medical Library مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article زمینه و هدف: با توجه به انتشار روزافزون مقالات در مجلات دارای رتبه علمی- پژوهشی در کشور و اهمیّت صحّت نگارش آنها در تولید و انتقال دانش در حوزه علوم پزشکی، این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی کیفیّت نگارش مقالات در مجله علمی-پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، کیفیّت نگارش اجزای مختلف مقالات اصیل پژوهشی منتشرشده در مجله علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند در سال 1391، در مراحل قبل از فرآیند داوری و بعد از انتشار، با استفاده از فرم ارزیابی و با کمک 84 شاخص ساختاری و نگارشی، با کمک مقیاس پنج‌نمره‌ای لیکرت، ارزش‌گذاری و مقایسه شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS (ویرایش 16) و با کمک آزمون‌های آماری تی‌یک نمونه‌ای و تی‌زوجی، در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0>P تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: بررسی 46 مقاله اصیل پژوهشی نشان داد، میانگین نمره کل کیفیّت نگارش مقالات، در نسخه اولیه 54/0&plusmn;36/3 و در نسخه چاپ‌شده 28/0&plusmn;23/4 بود که در حدّ متوسط به بالا می‌باشد. مقایسه میانگین نمره هر بخش، بین نسخه اولیه و چاپ‌شده نشان داد که کیفیّت نگارش همه بخش‌های مقاله، در طی فرایند داوری و ویراستاری بهتر شده است (001/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: فرایند داوری، موجب ارتقای کیفیّت نگارش مقالات به‌ویژه در قسمت‌های عنوان، شیوایی و تناسب متن و یافته‌ها می‌شود. از آنجایی که گزارش صحیح تحقیقات، منجر به انتقال اطلاعات صحیح به متخصصان و پژوهشگران می‌شود، می‌توان اقدامات انجام‌شده در مجله مذکور را مفید و ارزشمند ارزیابی کرد. Background and Aim: Due to the increase number of articles publishing in scientific journals, as well as the importance of their quality in the production and transmission of knowledge in medical sciences, the current study aimed at assessing the quality of the published papers in the Journal of Birjand University of Medical Sciences before and after of their peer review. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive analytical study, the quality of original research articles published in the Journal of Birjand University of Medical Sciences during 2012 was evaluated before and after their peer review. Means of collecting the necessary data was a checklist with 84 items regarding each article, which was completed before and after peer reviewing process. A 5-point scale was used for every item. One sample t-test and paired t-test were used to compare the scores and P<0.05 was taken as the statistical significant level. Results: Totally, 46 original research articles were evaluated whose mean total score in the first edition was 3.36&plusmn;0.54 and in the respective printed version it was 4.32&plusmn;0.28, which was moderate to high. . Comparison of the mean scores before and after peer reviewing showed some improvement in the quality of all parts of the articles (P<0.001). Conclusion: Peer review improved the quality of articles, particularly in the titles, editing and findings.
