Materials and Methods: The present study was a control quasi-experimental research with two-group including exercise with and without jujube fruit juice. 20 young males were randomly assigned into two homogeneous groups including exercise and user jujube fruit (0.4 mg/kg for 3 weeks) and exercise group. Both groups participated in 30-second Wingate test. Blood samples were collected at three stages including the base, after jujube fruit consumption and after the exercise protocol. Results in SPSS software (version 15) with independent t-tests, analysis of variance with repeated measurements and Post-Hoc Bonferroni, at a significant level, p≤0.05 was extracted. Results: The baseline IL-6 was significantly lower than before and after the Wingate test (p<0.05) and in the training group, IL-6 was significantly higher after the Wingate test than the baseline (p=0.01). The TNF-α post- Wingate test was significantly higher than the baseline and before the test (p<0.05). In the training group, the TNF-α was not statistically significant (p=0.06) in three phases. Moreover, there were no significant differences between the IL-6 and TNF-α changes in the post and or pre-test with the baseline in both experimental or control groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: Jujube fruits do not have the potential to control the IL-6 and TNF-α as inflammatory markers following of the intensive anaerobic workouts. %> http://journal.bums.ac.ir/article-1-2409-en.pdf %P 223-233 %& 223 %!
