Review process

Review process

The decision to publish a paper is based on an Editorial Board, Editorial Council and Associate Editor. Initially, all papers are assessed by an Editorial Council in order to check the quality of manuscripts. Editorials and letters may be accepted at this stage however, papers which do not meet the Editorial criteria are declined promptly without undergoing review.
Manuscripts which going forward to the review process by members of Editorial Council, at first by Journal Expert are checked to verify its conformity with the journal's aims and style guidelines, in this way submitted papers are refined and then by members of Editorial Council will determine a double-blind peer review and the manuscript is sent to at least three reviewers. We aimed to complete the review process within 2-3 weeks although occasionally delays do happen and authors should allow 4-6 weeks from submission before contacting the journal.
Both Editor in Chief and Editorial Board members reserve the right to the final decision regarding as acceptance, major revision, minor revision or reject. You find the journal's article reviewing procedure flowchart here.
