fa آگاهی و استفاده اعضای کتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند از بخش اطلاع‌رسانی آموزش بهداشت Health Education مقاله اصیل پژوهشی Original Article <p>زمینه و هدف: سنجش میزان آگاهی و استفاده اعضای کتابخانه، گام مهمی جهت برنامه‌ریزی جامع‌تر برای بالابردن سطح آگاهی اعضاء از امکانات و خدمات موجوداست. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و استفاده اعضای کتابخانه از خدمات و امکانات بخش اطلاع‌رسانی انجام شد. روش تحقیق: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، 588 نفر اعضای کتابخانه شامل 334 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند از طریق نمونه‌گیری سیستماتیک و سایر اعضا (254 نفر) به روش سرشماری انتخاب و بررسی شدند. پرسشنامه‌ای خود ساخته براساس اهداف مطالعه تنظیم و طیفی از امکانات و خدمات بخش، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری من‌ویتنی و کروسکال‌والیس با نرم‌افزار SPSS (ویرایش 15) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: از 588 نفر افراد مورد مطالعه، 57% دانشجو، 18% کارمند، 20% اعضای هیأت علمی و 5% اعضای آزاد بودند. 4/93 درصد، از ساعت کاری کتابخانه آگاه بودند و 6/16 درصد افراد، از آن رضایت نداشتند. بیشترین آگاهی اعضا از پایگاه اطلاعاتی Irandoc با 8/66% و کمترین مربوط به Ovid با 54% بود. نرم‌افزار Word بیشترین استفاده را داشت. میانگین نمره کسب شده از مجموع 116 نمره میزان استفاده از خدمات، 1/197/21 بود. بین میزان آگاهی و استفاده اعضای مورد مطالعه، ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (001/0P<). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، میزان استفاده اعضا از خدمات و امکانات کتابخانه به آگاهی آنها وابسته است.</p> <p>Background and Aim: The assessment of the Central Library members&#39; use and Knowledge is an important step in a comprehensive planning to improve their awareness of the available facilities and services. This Study was performed to determine knowledge, and use of library services and facilities of the information section by the members of the Central Library. Materials and Methods: In This descriptive&ndash; analytical study, among 558 participants, 344 students were selected through systematic sampling and the rest (254) by means of census. A self-designed questionnaire considering the aim of the study was used to evaluate some of the facilities offered by the information section. The gathered data was analyzed by means of Mann- Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis Tests using SPSS Software (version 15) and P&le;0.05 was taken as the significant level. Results: Among 558 participants, 57%, 18%, 20% and 5% were students, staff, faculty members, and free members, respectively. 93/4% were aware of the library working hours and 16.6% were not satisfied with it. The most and the least familiarity with databases involved Irandoc and Ovid Bank (66/8%, 54%), respectively. Among the Computer Softwares, Microsoft Word was the most applicable one. Mean score (from the total of 116) of using library services and facilities was 21.719.1. There was a Significant relationship between the level of knowledge and library usage of the studied library members (P<0.001).
